Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company (if any), email address, phone number, and your message. We do not collect health information through this website.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and communicate with you about our services. If you opt in, we may contact you by text message (SMS) and/or email as described below.
SMS / text messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Source Neurofeedback at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to email, we may send you information about our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the general pages of this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view. We do not load Google Analytics on our pages or articles about a specific health condition, or on our advertising landing pages.
When you reach our website from an ad, the web address can include an ad click identifier and campaign details. If you then submit the inquiry form on one of our advertising pages, we store that identifier, the campaign details, and the page you arrived on with your inquiry. If you later book a consultation or become a client, we may report that to Google Ads using only the ad click identifier, so we can tell which ads lead to consultations. We do not send your name, contact details, or any health information to Google.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our text-messaging and email delivery vendors, and Google as described above), and only as needed to provide the services you requested. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law.
